Hosted in Australia
Your data is processed and stored in Australian data centres.
Kiln automates the workflows and operations your business runs on, working inside the systems you already use.
Kiln connects to the systems you already run, such as your email, CRM, accounts and database, and runs your workflows across them, from a supplier invoice or a sales enquiry through checks and approvals to the result.
Most automation projects prove an idea on a prototype, then start again to build the real thing. With Kiln the pilot already runs on the production platform, so when it works, you switch it on.
Something slow, manual or living in a spreadsheet. One process, not a programme.
We map it with your team and build it in Kiln, connected to the systems you already run.
Run recent real records through it and see what it would have done, before anything goes live.
Same platform, same process, now in production. Then pick the next one.
Established Australian organisations that run on a handful of systems and a few people who know how it all fits together. Here is the kind of work Kiln takes off their plate.

Kiln connects to the software you already run and takes over the work in between: the re-keying, the reminders and the chasing that lives in spreadsheets and inboxes today.
Does the work in between
Pre-built connectors and APIs link up the software you already run. Nothing to migrate and nothing to retire.
The copying, reminders and follow-ups become workflows in Kiln, with a person wherever judgement is needed.
Run it beside the old way until you trust it, then make it the way you work.
Kiln reads from and writes to the systems your business runs on, so a process can pick up an invoice in one, check it in another and file it in a third without anyone copying and pasting.
Not on the list? If it has an API, Kiln can connect to it. Tell us what you run.
When you need a hand, you talk to the Brisbane team that built Kiln and set up your processes. We know your systems, your people and why your workflows run the way they do.
Kiln runs on the same foundations as Antero's own platforms, built and operated by a business that holds ISO 27001 certification and a SOC 2 Type 2 attestation.
Your data is processed and stored in Australian data centres.
Each customer's data is kept apart from every other customer's.
Every user signs in with a second factor, and roles decide who can do what.
Switch it on, and the person who did the work can't be the one who signs it off.
Who did what and when, and what it changed, kept for good and exportable.
Each connected system gets its own credentials, held as secrets and limited to what it needs.
Kiln is built and operated by Antero Software Pty Ltd, which holds ISO/IEC 27001 certification and a SOC 2 Type 2 attestation. Verify the ISO 27001 certificate.
Four building blocks sit under every process you run on Kiln. You don't build them, buy them separately or keep them running. You just use them.
Triggers, steps, approvals, schedules and AI, drawn on a canvas and run for you.

No. Kiln connects to the software you already use and takes over the work between those systems. Your accounting, CRM and email stay exactly where they are.
Start with one process. We build it with your team, prove it on your own records, and switch it on. The proof of concept runs on the same platform as production, so nothing is thrown away or rebuilt.
Common business systems such as Xero, Microsoft 365 and Salesforce, plus any system with an API. If you run something we have not connected to before, tell us and we will look at it with you.
No. Once a process is running, your own team can change it. If you do have developers, they can treat Kiln as a ready-made backend and skip building the plumbing.

The approval that lives in someone's inbox, the report rebuilt by hand every month, the spreadsheet nobody wants to touch. Describe it in a sentence or two. We'll come back with how we would run it in Kiln, connected to the systems you already use.
